large balcony pool area splash area food availability thin walls cold food
the room had a large balcony that overlooked the pool area i found this quite pleasant. the splash area was great for kids i noticed plenty of families enjoyed it. the location was convenient with shops and the beach a short walk away
the walls seemed thin and i could hear conversations from other rooms this was a bit disturbing. the breakfast food was often cold which was disappointing

The room was spacious. It featured a balcony, nice. Staff in the restaurant were excellent (i'm grateful for that).
Check-in was busy. Families milled about with no clear order. Queues at the bar meant service was slow. The room lacked a kettle.

Wonderful Family Experience
evening entertainment indoor playcenter excellent layout
This hotel had lots for families with kids. There were many activities and conveniences from evening entertainment to a kids club during the day. A separate indoor play center and an outdoor playground kept the children busy. There was also a mini pool for kids under two, a separate area with water slides, and another pool suitable for young kids due to its depth. The complex had an excellent layout.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear snoring from next door, conversations, and arguments. This lack of soundproofing.

The swimming pool and slide facilities kept the kids entertained. The hotel constantly provides cleaning service. I appreciate the convenience of topping up bands so I did not have to carry cash. The free safe in the room added extra security.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I enjoyed nightly entertainment. The chefs and cleaners provided great service. They have amazing food choices for dinner. The staff was very helpful.

excellent facilities and service
tasty breakfast large selection wristband system free wifi
i found tasty breakfast each day. there was a large selection of foods. the wristband system were great for purchases. my teenager used free wifi a lot.
the air conditioning did not worked well . this make the room a little uncomfortable.

the hotel is a short five minute walk from the beach. many bars and restaurants are very nearby. the location make it convenient for exploring the area.

staff at reception gave a warm welcome. they even provide food even when the restaurant was closed. the animation team were also great with activities.

fresh towels maintained pool convenient location
The rooms were cleaned daily, including fresh towels (a small but important detail). The pools were well kept. I appreciate how close the hotel is to both the town and the beachfront. An adventure park sits just across the street.
The wristband system broke easily.

Solid Stay with Great Amenities
great selection positive atmosphere
The breakfast offered a great selection. I appreciated that. The atmosphere around the entire hotel was positive, i noticed. The wristband system worked well. It helped to purchase items at the pool bar, for example. The free Wi-Fi was a plus. My teenagers appreciated it.
The air-conditioning in the room barely worked, i think. It wasn't really effective, a bit of a problem.

The staff provided really good welcome, I saw. Suzanne from the reception greeted us warmly, even after our late arrival. She even arranged for food, though the restaurant was already closed. I think that was a nice gesture.

Breakfast and dinner offered good taste, i think. The buffet offered varied options. I found the outdoor area near the bar most enjoyable. It was the less noisy location. I liked that.

clean environment fresh pancakes omelette station
The hotel offered a pleasant surprise with its very clean environment , from the lobby to the pool area. I noticed staff cleaning the pools and grounds every morning. The food selection was good with fresh pancakes , chocolate , and made-to-order omelettes available for breakfast.
The air-conditioning in my room did not work very well.
